Monthly meeting, February 13th, 2010
 
0930    Chapter meeting called to order by VP Bert Szathmary

Persons in attendance---VP Bert Szathmary, Treasurer  Tony Levatino, Sec. Fred Roberts, and Recruiter Steve Haas

Sec.—Minutes from January 9th,  meeting was read an accepted.

Treasures report—We have a balance of $1334.26 in our treasury.  It was noted that International has yet to cash our dues check. This is probably a result of the dues were not do into International until the 31st of January.

Quarter Master---- No report given on current supplies on hand

Recruiter’s Report--- We have a new potential member “Jason E. Garcia” of DHS  “ICE”. He was unable to make the meeting this date as work, duty called.

Old Business---It has been decided that we would participate in the “Poker Run” being sponsored by CA. VI, in the city of El Cajon on the 27th of February.  Those that would like to attend contact one of the above officer’s.  The main meeting place will be at I-5, and LaPaz Rd. (Starbucks).
Time of meet 0730, Kick Stands Up at 0745.  We will then caravan  south bound on the I-5 to I-805, go east to Magnolia off-ramp in El Cajon. Poker Run is north of the I-805 on Magnolia,  (Motoworld, 315 N. Magnolia Avenue, El Cajon .  IT IS ONLY 2 WEEKS AWAY. If you are interested call or e-mail one of the above persons.

New Business—A call will be made to International to have our 2010 ID cards sent to the Sec. Additionally, it was suggested that we keep at least 3 sets of colors on hand with our quartermaster.

1015----Meeting adjourned at 1015.  The next meeting is scheduled for March 13th, 2010 at the same location.
